珍珠层粉加呋喃西林外敷治疗压疮的疗效观察

摘要

Objective To investigate the effect of the extemal use of pearl powder and Nitrofurazone on curing pressure ulcers.Methods Forty-eight patients with pressure ulcers were randomly divided into the experiment group and the control group, with 24 patients in each group.The experiment group applied pearl powder and Nitrofurazone for external use, while the control group used Povidone iodine ointment.The nursing effects of the two groups were observed.Results The effect and cure time of the experiment group were both better than those in the control group, and the difference had atatistical significance(P ＜ 0.05).The cure time of the experiment group was (18.33±5.46)days, shorter than (25.65±6.29)days of the control group.Conclusion the external use of pearl powder and Nitrofurazone has obvioua effect,and it is a safe, effective, and cheap method that deserves wide application.%目的 探讨珍珠层粉加呋喃西林外敷治疗压疮的疗效.方法 将48例压疮患者随机分为实验组和对照组,每组各24例.实验组采用珍珠层粉加呋喃西林外敷创面,对照组采用聚维酮碘乳膏外敷创面.比较两组压疮的疗效和治愈时间.结果 实验组患者治疗效果优于对照组,两组比较,Z=-9.206,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义.实验组患者治愈时间为(18.33±5.46)d,对照组为(25.65±6.29)d,两组比较,T=-2.565,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义.实验组压疮治愈时间较对照组短.结论 采用珍珠层粉加呋喃西林外敷压疮创面,不仅可促进压疮愈合,而且具有抗菌消炎作用.此方法安全有效,操作简便易行,值得临床推广应用.
