护理临床兼职教师教学意愿与课堂教学技能培训需求的调查分析

             

摘要

Objective To investigate clinical teaching willingness of part-time nursing teachers and their needs for in-classroom teaching akilla training.Methods We conducted a cross section survey on 67 part-time nursing teachers on their individual data, willingness to teach undergraduates, trained teaching skill and needs for classroom teaching skills.Results Thirty-eight(56.6%) part-time teachers received prepost training for college teachers.Forty-three (64.2%) were willing to teach undergraduate course.The professional title, the time spent in nursing administration and college teachers training experience were influential factors (P < 0.05).Communicative skills, basic teaching skills and designing and use of multimedia courseware were the most needed for part-time nursing teachers.Conclusion Various measures should be carried out to encourage the nurses to teach courses for undergraduates and the classroom teaching skills training should be based on the individual needs of part-time teachers.%目的 调查护理临床兼职教师教学意愿与课堂教学技能培训需求,为提高护理本科课堂教学质量提供依据.方法 对本院67名临床兼职教师进行教学意愿与课堂教学技能培训需求的调查,内容包括:临床兼职教师基本情况、承担本科教学意愿、以往接受教学技能培训情况、课堂教学技能培训需求等内容,以了解临床兼职教师的教学意愿与培训需求.结果 38名(56.6%)临床兼职教师接受过高校教师岗前培训,43名(64.2%)愿意承担课堂教学任务,其中职称、管理年龄及有无高校教师岗前培训经历是影响兼职教师承担课堂教学任务的因素(均P<0.05);口头表达技能、课堂基本教学方法及多媒体制作与使用技能是临床兼职教师迫切需要进行的课堂教学技能培训需求;52名(77.6%)的教师选择了分散型教学培训方式.结论 教学管理部门要采取多种措施鼓励临床兼职教师参与本科课堂教学,课堂教学技能培训应根据临床兼职教师特点展开.
