ICU轮训模式在急危重症护理技术培训中的应用

摘要

目的 探讨ICU轮训模式在急危重症护理技术培训的应用效果.方法 选择60名护士,分批到ICU进行为期3个月的急危重症护理技术培训.结果 培训后护士理论知识和急救技能合格率较培训前提高,培训前后比较,均P＜ 0.01,差异具有统计学意义.结论 采用ICU轮训模式进行急危重症护理技术培训,对提高护士理论知识和急救技能水平具有积极的作用.%Objective To explore the effect of ICU training mode used in the training of critical care skills. Method 60 nurses took turns in groups to participate in critical care skills training for three months in ICU. Result After training, the qualification rate in the theoretic knowledge and the first aid skills were significantly improved (P < 0.01). Conclusion ICU training mode used for the critical care training may have a positive effect in improving the theoretic knowledge and the first aid skills for nurses.
