目的 探讨阶段性健康教育对精神分裂症患者服药依从性的影响.方法 将98例住院精神分裂症患者按入院的先后次序分为干预组(50例)和对照组(48例).两组患者均接受抗精神病药物的治疗和常规健康教育,干预组在此基础上根据精神分裂症发病期实施阶段性健康教育,时间为8~12周.观察两组患者服药依从性的差异.结果 干预组患者服药依从性优于对照组,两组比较,Z=9.23,P<0.01,差异具有统计学意义.结论 阶段性健康教育可提高患者的服药依从性,从而提高精神分裂症患者的治疗和康复效果.%Objective To investigate the effect of phased health education on medicine-taking compliance of schizophrenics. Methods 98 hospitalized schizophrenics were divided into the intervention group (n = 50) and the control group (n = 48) in their registration order. All the subjects were managed with antipsychotic and routine care. The patients in the intervention group received phased health education for 8-12 weeks. The medicine-taking compliance was compared between the two groups. Results The compliance in the intervention was significantly superior to that of the control group (Z = 9.23, P < 0.01). Conclusion The phased health education may help to enhance the medicine-taking compliance and thus intensify the curative effect and rehabilitation.
