Objective To investigate the effect on Dachengqi Decoction combined of traditional Chinese acupressure on postoperative constipation in patients with femur fractures. Methods 101 patients with femur fractures were divided into the experiment group (n = 52) and the control group at random (n = 49). The former group was managed with Dachengqi decoction combined with acupressure and the control group received cathartic therapy with Kaiselu. The curative outcomes and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. The total effective rate of the experimental group and control group were 96.2%and 67.3% (P < 0.01). As for adverse reactions, the two groups were significantly different (P < 0.05). Conclusions Dachengqi decoction combined with traditional Chinese medicine acupressure therapy is better than the enema drug cathartic therapy. It is worthy of clinical generalization.%目的 探讨大承气汤结合中医穴位按摩治疗股骨骨折术后患者便秘的效果.方法 将101例股骨骨折术后患者随机分为实验组52例和对照组49例,实验组患者采用大承气汤结合中医穴位按摩治疗,对照组采用开塞露药物导泻治疗.比较两组患者治疗效果及不良反应发生情况.结果 实验组患者治疗总有效率为96.2％,对照组患者为67.3％,两组比较,P＜ 0.01,差异具有统计学意义；两组患者不良反应情况比较,均P＜0.05,差异具有统计学意义.结论 大承气汤结合中医穴位按摩治疗股骨骨折术后患者便秘效果优于采用开塞露药物导泻法,而且不良反应少,值得临床推广应用.
