读书报告会在护士长管理培训中的应用

         

摘要

目的 探讨读书报告会在护士长管理培训中的应用效果.方法 在护士长管理培训中采取读书报告会的形式,主要包括:组织护士长阅读近5年内有关管理知识方面的文献,每月组织1次读书报告会.比较读书报告会开展前后护士长自身能力自评情况及其对开展读书报告会的效果评价.结果 开展读书报告会后护士长文献检索能力、阅读并分析文献能力、运用文献指导管理工作能力、撰写读书报告能力、制作电子课件能力、沟通表达能力均较开展前提高(均P< 0.01);57.1%以上护士长认为开展读书报告会可激发学习兴趣和营造学习氛围、培养评判性思维、拓宽管理知识和指导临床护理管理工作.结论 读书报告会为护士长或护士创建一种良好的学习氛围,实现资源共享,激发学习兴趣,锻炼多种能力,且为开展科学研究奠定基础,是一种有效、可行的培训方法.%Objective To study the effect of seminars in the management training for head nurses. Methods The seminars were used in the management training for head nurses. The seminars were held once a month, where the head nurses reported nursing management-related literature in recent 5 years. The self-evaluations over nursing management ability as well as the effect of seminars before implementation of seminars were compared with those after that. Results The abilities in literature retrieval, literature analysis, literature use in directing their management, the electronic courseware development and communication were all significantly promoted (all P < 0.01). 57.1% of them believed that seminars could stimulate their learning interest, create the learning ambience, cultivate the critical thoughts, widen the management knowledge and direct the clinical nursing management. Conclusions Seminars may be beneficial for creation of a learning ambience, resource sharing, fire up the learning interest, exercise versatility for head nurses and lay a foundation for further research. It is effective and feasible in head nurses training.
