急诊科护士照护传染病患者行为及其影响因素的调查

摘要

Objective To investigate behavioral disposition of nurses in emergency room and analyze influential factors.Methods A total of 200 nurses from the emergency room participated in the survey using demographic questionnaire and the nursing behavior questionnaire.Results The total average score of the nursing behavior was(3.13±0.54),and the influential factors included the level of hospital,the time span for the job and the continued education on the infectious diseases(all P<0.01).Conclusions The nursing behaviors was at the medium level.The nursing administrators should provide the nurses with personal protection apparatus,strengthen education on infectious diseases and use incentive mechanism so as to improve the ER nurses' nursing behavior.%目的：了解急诊科护士对传染病患者照护行为的现状，并探讨其影响因素。方法采用一般情况表、传染病患者照护行为量表对200名急诊科护士进行调查。结果护士传染病患者照护行为量表总分为（3.13±0.54）分，医院等级、急诊科工作年限及传染病专科继续教育是影响护士对传染病患者照护行为的因素（均P＜0.01）。结论护士对传染病患者照护行为处于中等水平。护理管理者应为传染科护士提供个人防护装备，加强传染病知识教育，采取激励机制，提高护士对传染病患者照护行为水平。
