基于微信群聚焦解决模式对低年资护士自我效能感和主观幸福感的影响

         

摘要

目的 探讨基于微信群聚焦解决模式对提升低年资护士自我效能感和主观幸福感的作用.方法 采用便利抽样方法,选取本院100名护士作为调查对象,按其参加次序进行编号,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组各50名.对照组实施常规心理辅导;观察组运用基于微信群聚焦解决模式进行干预,主要内容包括使用过去导向的例外提问、应对提问等探查护士的优势和资源;采用未来导向的预设提问、奇迹提问等引发护士对未来解决方案的思考.干预前和干预3个月后采用一般自我效能感量表(general self-efficacy scale,GSES)和总体幸福感量表(general well-being schedule,GWB)对护士进行测评.结果 干预前两组护士GSES总分和GWB总分比较,差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05);干预后观察组护士GSES总分和GWB总分高于对照组和干预前(均P<0.01).结论 实施基于微信群聚焦解决模式对低年资护士进行干预,可以有效提升护士自我效能感和主观幸福感水平.%Objective To explore the role of focus intervention mode in improving the self-efficacy and subjective well-being of newly-contracted nurses. Methods A total of 100 nurses selected as the survey subjects by means of convenient sampling method, were numbered consecutively and divided into observation group and control group by random digit number table. The observation group was intervened with conventional mental consultation and the observation group with the WeChat-based focus intervention mode, which included the use of past-oriented questions and answers for understanding their strength and sources, future-oriented presuppositions and miracle-oriented questions for their thinking of resolutions to future problems. The two groups were compared in terms of general self-efficacy and well-being by the general self-efficacy scale (GSES) and the overall well-being scale (GWB). Results Before intervention , the total scores on GSES and GWB of the observation groups were insignificantly higher than those of the control group (P > 0.05). After intervention, the scores of observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P < 0.01). Conclusion The We-Chat-based focus intervention mode can effectively improve the self-efficacy and subjective well-being of newly-contracted nurses.
