Provided are a WeChat group-based system and method for promoting a health management official account. The method comprises: providing a pre-set number of WeChat promotion groups; when parsed chat information includes a set keyword, updating, according to an information identification tag corresponding to each of the WeChat promotion groups, an official account two-dimensional code in a promotion article such that same is an official account two-dimensional code corresponding to the WeChat promotion group, and sending the updated promotion article to the WeChat promotion group; and according to the official account two-dimensional code corresponding to each WeChat promotion group, compiling statistics on the amount of user attention, generated by each WeChat promotion group, regarding a health management official account within a pre-set period of time. According to the present invention, the marketing effect of each WeChat promotion group is evaluated by means of dynamically updating an official account two-dimensional code, thereby facilitating precision marketing, and improving the conversion rate of consumption.
