玛卡云南主产区发展现状调查

摘要

目的：就玛卡在云南主产区的产业发展状况进行调查和分析，包括玛卡的种植面积、胚轴性状、产品种类、价格变化、宣传和专利等方面。方法：文献调查、实地调查和走访调查。结果：云南玛卡的种植面积、专利数量自2011年起快速增长；云南玛卡与秘鲁玛卡相比在性状上差异较大；产品种类较为单一，部分产品存在片面宣传或夸大功效的现象。结论：目前云南玛卡从源头到生产加工为成品各环节尚没有统一标准，不够规范化，应引起生产商及有关政府部门的注意。%Objective:To investigate and analysis the industrial development of maca in Yunnan province,including the growth area,characters,productions,price,advertisements and patents of Maca.Methods:Document investigation, field investigation and interview investigation.Results:Since 2011,the growth area in Yunnan and patent numbers of maca increase rapidly;Yunnan Maca has a great difference in appearance compared with Peruvian ones;the production form in the market are simple,and the advertisement of the product somehow does not meet the actual.Conclusion:The characters, productions and publication of Yunnan maca are lack of standardization,so the government and producer should pay more attention to those problems.
