喷涂机器人在造型生产线上的应用

         

摘要

The advantages of applying spraying robot on molding production line were introduced.The choice of coating fluid shape,design of spraying track,as well as the control of parameters such as the spraying pressure,blowing pressure and atomizing pressure during spraying process of the robot were described in detail.By comparison between the manual spraying and robot spraying,the following conclusions were obtained:(1)When there was local coating accumulation existing in the concave places of the mold surface,it could be eliminated by setting coating nails.(2)The spraying pressure and blowing pressure should be adjusted according to the practical situation of the working site to ensure proper thickness of the coating layer and no coating accumulation.(3)After the atomizing figure had been determined,the atomizing pressure couldn't be adjusted at will,otherwise the spraying effect of other model of engines would be influenced.%介绍了在造型生产线上应用喷涂机器人的优点,详细阐述了机器人喷涂过程中的涂料流体形状的选择、喷涂轨迹的设计、喷涂压力、吹气压力、雾化压力等参数控制.通过人工喷涂与机器人喷涂的对比,证实机器人喷涂后铸件表面质量的稳定性较好,且生产效率优于人工喷涂.结合生产实践,得出以下结论:(1)如果铸型表面凹坑部位有局部的涂料堆积,可通过添加拍涂料钉来解决;(2)喷涂压力、吹气压力应根据现场的实际情况进行调整,保证涂料层厚度适宜,没有涂料堆积;(3)涂料流体的雾化形状确定后,雾化压力不能随意调整,否则会影响到其它机型的喷涂效果.
