中原牡丹组织培养及植株再生研究

摘要

The study took the scaly bud of Paeonia suffruticosa Ander Zhongyuan Group as explant,using MS medium as the basic medium to explore the different hormones ratio on the peony induction,subculture and rooting.The results showed that the suitable medium for primary cultures was MS+6-BA 0.5-1.0 mg/L+KT 0.5 mg/L+IAA 0-0.5 mg/L+GA3 0.2-0.5 mg/L;the best subculture medium was MS+6-BA 0.5-1.0 mg/L+KT 0.3 mg/L+GA3 0.2 mg/L;and 1/2 MS+IBA 4.0 mg/L+IAA 1.0 mg/L was effective for rooting.%以中原牡丹品种鳞芽为外植体,以改良MS培养基为基本培养基,探讨了不同激素配比对中原牡丹诱导、继代及生根的影响。结果表明：适宜于中原牡丹初代培养的最佳培养基为MS＋6-BA 0.5～1.0 mg/L＋KT 0.5 mg/L＋IAA 0～0.5 mg/L＋GA30.2～0.5 mg/L;最佳继代培养基为MS＋6-BA 0.5～1.0 mg/L＋KT 0.3 mg/L＋GA30.2 mg/L;最佳生根培养基为1/2 MS＋IBA 4.0 mg/L＋IAA 1.0 mg/L。
