农产品质量安全相关各方现状及优化对策

摘要

The quality and safety of agricultural products can affect various aspects such as economy and peoples’s livelihood.Government increases attention and investment year by year,but there is still plenty of room to improve because of lack of experience and in the economic rise period.From the current situation analysis of agricultural production,processing and marketing,government authorities and consumers,the characteristics and problems were summarized,and corresponding optimizing strategies were put forward,hoping to provide references for improvement and protection of agricultural products quality and safety management system,and promote pulic health and the healthy development of agricultural industry.%农产品质量安全关系着经济、民生等各个方面的健康发展。国家近年来逐渐加大了重视与投入力度，但是由于经验不足，又处在经济上升期，仍然有很多需要改进的方面。本文对农产品生产、加工和销售者，政府管理部门和消费者三方的现状进行分析，总结其特征和存在的问题，并提出相应优化对策，为完善和保障农产品质量安全管理体系，促进大众健康和农业产业健康发展提供参考。
