甘蔗是华南地区的一种重要的经济作物，种植面积达到150万hm2。主要分布在广西壮族自治区、云南省、广东省和海南地区。随着中国现代化进程的发展，劳动力价格也持续上升。甘蔗的生产必须迈向机械化，以确保该行业的国际竞争力。早在1960年中国已经开始着手甘蔗机械化的研究，但是目前全国整体的甘蔗机械化水平依然十分低。湛江农垦一直大力开展甘蔗机械化的研究和推广工作，经过20多年努力，湛江农垦在甘蔗耕整地、开种植沟、运输等生产环节的机械化已达到较高水平，但种植、中耕、收获等环节机械化程度仍很低。本文通过对湛江农垦甘蔗生产状况的调研，分析了该地区甘蔗生产现状和机械化程度，为甘蔗大田机械化生产提供参考。%Sugarcane is an important cash crop in southern China now planted on about 1.5 million ha in the main production areas in Guangxi, Zhuang Autonomous Region and Yunnan, Guangdong, and Hainan Provinces. With the development of China's modernization process, the cost of labor in China is increasing rapidly. China needs to change its sugarcane production methods from manual work to mechanization in order to catch up with international trends in this global industry. Although a lot of efforts in China have gone into sugarcane mechanization since the 1960s, the overall level of mechanization in sugarcane production is still very low. Zhanjiang Agricultural Reclamation Bureau is the most important guiding force in sugarcane mechanization in China. And after 20 years of effort, mechanized land preparation, ditch opening, and transportation have reached a higher level than anywhere else in China. Mechanized Planting, cultivating, harvesting level, however, remains very low. Based on the status of Zhanjiang Agricultural Reclamation Bureau, this paper analyzes sugar cane production status and the mechanization degree in this area. And apply a model of sugarcane mechaniza-tion for the large field.
