提升通信产品采购质量管理的手段和方法浅谈

摘要

Based on the related theory of quality management, the implementation scheme and achievements of Beijing Mobile in product quality detection management are analyzed. Three aspects are included. The first is product quality management which is crucial for control of product quality. The second is laboratory quality management. In order to establish the normal working order in laboratory, enhance working efficiency and ensure the safety of detection room, the purchasing department of Beijing Mobile draws strict management system. The third is the quality management of product quality detection process from the implementation of detection standards to quality control in detection process.%在概述质量管理相关理论的基础上，剖析了北京移动在产品质量检测管理方面的具体实施方案及取得的成果。主要分为3个方面：一是产品质量要求管理，对产品质量的把控起着至关重要的作用；二是实验室质量管理，为了建立实验室的正常工作秩序，提高工作效率，确保检测室安全，北京移动采购部制定了严格的管理制度；三是产品质量检测过程质量管理，从检测标准的实施管理到检测过程中质量的把控。
