Ayatomo Kanno, who is the co-author fo this paper,is one of the founders of the software quality manageemnt in Japan.He has bene proposing mahy analyticla approaches in softwae qualty manageemnt that are based on the "fusion".In his contents,the word "fusion" means the each understanding and harmony of the human resources and of the tools fro software qulaity management.
