中国联通南京市分公司移动支付业务发展方向的研究

摘要

Firstly, the developmental status of mobile payment services for Nanjing Unicom was introduced. The developmental obstacle of mobile payment was analyzed and some attentions of mobile payment service development were summarized. Then, according to the circumstance of market competition in Nanjing district, the market opportunity was discovered. Finally, in the light of market opportunity, the innovative idea mobile payment service development suitable for the actual status of Nanjing Unicom was positioned and designed.%首先介绍了南京联通移动支付业务发展现状，通过对移动支付业务发展痛点的分析，归纳出移动支付业务发展的注意事项，接着根据南京地区的市场竞争环境情况，挖掘出了其中的市场机会，最后从市场机会出发，定位设计出了符合南京联通实际现状的移动支付业务发展的创新主张。
