集成仿真优化技术在某机动导弹弹头空气舵伺服系统中的应用

     

摘要

针对某型号导弹弹头空气舵伺服系统研制中出现的电机支座疲劳断裂问题,给出疲劳断裂机理;基于流程集成及设计优化环境(ModelCenter),通过对常用设计仿真软件(Pro/E,ANSYS等)的包装技术,计算电机支座最佳结构尺寸和应力状态及其疲劳寿命;通过集成仿真,显著提高空气舵伺服系统经受循环载荷作用下的疲劳寿命,并在地面测试和实际飞行试验中得到考核和验证,该方法是集成仿真优化技术在实际导弹型号产品研制任务中的成功应用。%This paper is aimed to solve the fatigue fracture problem of motor mounting structure of air rudder servo system used in some type of maneuverable missile. Firstly, the mechanism of fatigue failure is analyzed. Then, the optimal structural size of motor mounting structure is calculated as well as stress state and fatigue life through the packing technologies of the frequently-used design and simulation software (Pro/E, ANSYS) based on flow integration and design optimization (ModelCenter), with the purpose of significantly extending the fatigue life of servo system under cyclic loads. The result of optimization is examined and verified through the ground testing and flight experiment. The presented method is the successful application of integrated digital optimization to practical missile development.
