对空气舵—伺服系统的动态特性试验技术进行了研究,提出采用空气舵—伺服系统工作状态下的特性试验方法,获取工作频率内空气舵的模态;利用脉冲/随机激励进行模态试验,获取伺服系统工作频率范围之外空气舵的模态。为模拟空气舵在飞行状态不同受载状态,设计了5种舵面边界模拟方法,获得不同载荷下频率的变化。%This paper studies the dynamic test technique of the rudder-servo system. Using property test method of rudder-servo system of working state, modal parameter has been obtained in the operating frequency of servo system. Using modal test, modal parameter has been obtained out of the operating frequency of servo system. The paper designed five boundary condition simulation methods of the rudder in the flight conditions, and obtained the natural frequency under different load conditions.
