摘要

Optimization scheduling decision method employing simulation technique for air compressor assemblies, pertaining to the technical field of information. The method comprises: constructing a sample set of an air compression energy consumption model by using expert experience, learning, by means of a least squares algorithm, a parameter related to the air compressor energy consumption model, setting an objective function as maximizing an equivalent electrical energy-based energy conversion rate and minimizing financial costs, and finding, by applying a simulation technique and a depth-first tree search algorithm, a solution of a multi-objective optimization scheduling model for the air compressor assembly; and describing a preference of a decision maker by using a fuzzy logic theory, and introducing preference information of the decision maker into interactive decision making, thereby helping manufacturing operators to establish a safe, economical, efficient, and environmentally-friendly operation scheme, and realizing an operation mode maximizing resource utilization of the air compressor assemblies. The method is widely applicable in various industrial fields.
