同步转向系统转向凸轮优化设计方法

         

摘要

为实现多轴半挂车的同步转向,利用凸轮机构传递牵引车转向轮的转角信号,探讨凸轮机构的设计、优化以及校核方法.分析牵引车前外轮转角、凸轮转角与半挂车转向轮转角之间的关系,利用Matlab求解同步转向所需的凸轮转角与行程关系,利用优化工具箱优化凸轮基圆与压力角等参数;建立Adams运动仿真模型,验证凸轮及同步转向系统的设计正确性.利用建立的设计计算、优化以及仿真程序设计了某型号雷达车的同步转向凸轮机构,凸轮装车后半挂车在路试中同步转向性能良好.%To realize synchronous steering of a multi-axis semi-trailer and use cam mechanism to transfer the angle signals of tractor steering wheel, the design, optimization and verification of the cam mechanism was discussed in this paper. The relationship between cornering angle of tractor front outer wheel, the cam cornering angle and cornering angle of the semi-trailer steering wheel was analyzed. Matlab was used to solve the relationship between the cam cornering angle and the cam stroke required for synchronization steering. Optimization toolbox was used to optimize cam base circle, pressure angle and other parameters. Adams motion simulation model was established to verify the design of cam and synchronous steering system. The established calculation, optimization and simulation program was used to design a steering cam mechanism of a radar vehicle. In the road test, the synchronous steering performance of semi-trailer with cam was good.
