虚拟样机技术在装载机设计中的应用研究

         

摘要

SolidWorks was applied to establish 3D model of a loader manipulator which was designed by a traditional design method,and ADAMS was used to build the virtual prototype of the manipulator.In addition,the working performance and the dynamic performance of the manipulator were analyzed,so as to verify the design.The results showed that the application of the virtual prototype technology to the design of the loader could shorten the design and manufacture period,reduce the production cost as well as improve the quality and performance of the loader.%运用SolidWorks对采用传统设计方法得到的装载机工作装置进行三维建模,并运用ADAMS构造工作装置的虚拟样机模型,对工作装置的工作性能和动力学性能进行分析和研究,进行设计验证.结果表明,将虚拟样机技术应用于装载机设计,可以缩短设计制造周期,降低生产成本,提高装载机的质量和性能.
