大型煤矿用带式输送机盘式制动器温度场仿真分析

         

摘要

According to the general principle of heat transfer,the braking condition of the disk brake for large belt conveyors used in collieries was analyzed.First,the loading mode of heat flux density was determined,and 3D finite element model of the disk brake was built in ANSYS; secondly,FEA of 3D transient temperature field of the brake disk was conducted,and it was tested by the same method on the inertia test bench; finally,the correctness of the finite element simulation method and the credibility of the analysis results were verified by comparing the simulation results with the test data.The study provided foundation for structural design and optimization of the brake for large belt conveyors used in collieries.%依据传热学的基本原理,对大型煤矿用带式输送机盘式制动器的制动工况进行了分析.首先确定了热流密度的加载模式,在ANSYS下建立了盘式制动器的三维有限元模型;其次对制动盘的三维瞬态温度场进行了有限元仿真分析,并在惯性试验台上用相同的方法对制动盘温度场进行了仿真分析和试验测试;最终通过结果分析验证了该有限元仿真分析方法的正确性以及结果的可信性.为大型煤矿用带式输送机制动器的结构设计和优化提供了理论依据.
