新型起泡剂FG25在硫化铜矿和铅锌矿浮选中的应用研究

         

摘要

In foaming tendency tests, a self-developed frother, FG25, showed an excellent frothing performance. When added at a dosage over 0.02 g/L, FG25 possessed a better foaming ability than pine oil and MIBC, with foam stability between pine oil and MIBC. When FG25 was used to replace pine oil, copper grade and recovery for the flotation concentrate of copper sulfide ore can be increased respectively by 5.71 and 1.60 percentage points, while the recoveries of lead and zinc for flotation concentrates from lead-zinc ore beneficiation can be increased by 0.65 and 0.40 percentage points, respectively.%对自主研发的新型起泡剂FG25进行了起泡性能研究,结果表明,当FG25浓度大于0.02 g/L时,其起泡能力明显优于松醇油和MIBC,而泡沫的稳定性介于松醇油和MIBC之间,是一种性能优良的浮选起泡剂.FG25和松醇油作起泡剂的浮选对比实验结果表明,对于某硫化铜矿,FG25与松醇油相比可使铜回收率提高1.60个百分点,品位提高5.71个百分点;对于某铅锌矿,FG25与松醇油相比可使铅回收率提高0.65个百分点,锌回收率提高0.40个百分点.
