自制逆流分选柱重选预富集红土镍矿的试验研究及流场模拟

             

摘要

采用自制实验室型逆流分选柱对褐铁矿型红土镍矿进行了预富集试验研究.结果表明,给矿流量200 mL/min(矿浆浓度为10%)、上升水流量250 mL/min、底流与溢流流量比1:8时,底流产品中Cr品位为2.5%、Cr回收率为26.7%,溢流产品中Ni品位0.85%、Ni回收率79%.使用商业软件Fluent针对逆流分选柱的上升水流量、底流-溢流流量比进行了流场模拟分析,结果表明,在与试验条件相同的参数下,增大上升水流量、减小底流与溢流流量比,可以获得较为理想的分选效果,这与试验结果体现的规律一致.逆流分选柱可以用于红土镍矿的重选预富集工作.%A self-made laboratory reflux classifier was introduced for preconcentration of lateritic nickel. The pulp with a concentration of 10% was fed into the classifier at a flow rate of 200 mL/ min, the rising flow rate was adjusted as 250 mL/ min and the volume ratio of underflow to overflow was fixed at 1 : 8. With these processing parameters, Cr grade and recovery of the underflow attained 2.5% and 26.7%, while Ni grade and recovery of the overflow reached 0.85% and 79%, respectively. The flow field simulation was conducted using ANSYS Fluent for the rising flow and volume ratio of underflow to overflow of the classifier. It is shown that with the simulation parameters same as the experimental conditions, a better separation effect can be obtained by increasing the rising flow rate and decreasing the volume ratio of underflow to overflow, which is in consistence with the test results. Efficient preconcentration of limonitic laterite can be actualized using this reflux classifier.
