以硫化钙为还原剂焙烧还原提取锰除尘灰中的锰

         

摘要

研究了以硫化钙为还原剂焙烧还原提取锰除尘灰中的锰,考察了焙烧时间、焙烧温度、物料配比、搅拌速率、浸出温度、液固比、浸出时间和H2 SO4浓度对锰除尘灰中锰及铁浸出率的影响.结果显示,焙烧还原工艺最佳条件为:锰除尘灰与还原剂硫化钙质量比4.12:1、焙烧还原温度600℃ 、焙烧还原时间1.0 h,酸浸工艺最佳条件为:搅拌速率300 r/min、H2 SO4浓度3 mol/L、液固比8:1、浸出温度80℃ 、浸出时间25 min,最佳工艺条件下锰、铁浸出率分别为98.18%和76.83%.%In the research on extracting manganese from manganese furnace dust by reduction roasting process with calcium sulfide (CaS) as reductant, effects of mass ratio of CaS to dust, roasting time and temperature, stirring speed, liquid to solid ratio, leaching time and temperature, as well as H2 SO4 concentration on leaching rates of Mn and Fe from manganese furnace dust were investigated. Results showed the leaching rate of 98.18% for Mn and 76.83% for Fe were obtained from the roasting-reduction process with the following optimized conditions, including mass ratio of dust to CaS at 4.12 :1, reduction roasting process at the temperature of 600 ℃ for 1 h, as well as the acid-leaching process at the temperature of 80 ℃ for 25 min with stirring speed at 300 r/ min, H2 SO4 concentration at 3 mol/ L, and liquid to solid ratio at 8 :1.
