硫磺还原焙烧—酸浸法提取锰阳极泥

     

摘要

Manganese and lead were recovered from manganese anode slimes via reduction roasting-acid leaching process with sulfur as reductant and H2 SO4 as leaching agent.The effects of sulfur dosage,roasting temperature,roasting time,leaching time,and H2SO4 dosage on manganese extraction and lead enrichment were investigated.The results show that manganese extraction rate is 98% and lead content in slag is 30.5 % under the optimum conditions including mass rate of sulfur to manganese anode slimes of 1.0,roasting temperature of 300 ℃,roasting time of 60 min,molar rate of H2SO4 to manganese of 0.9,leaching temperature of 25 ℃,and leaching time of 20 min.%以硫磺为还原剂,硫酸溶液为浸出剂,通过火法—湿法耦合的方法提取电解锰阳极泥中的锰和尾渣富集铅.对硫磺用量、焙烧温度、焙烧时间、浸出温度、硫酸用量等工艺参数进行了探究.结果表明,当硫磺和锰阳极泥的质量比为1.0、焙烧温度300℃、焙烧时间60 min、硫酸和锰的摩尔比0.9、浸出温度25℃、浸出反应20 min时,锰的浸出率为98%,尾渣含铅量30.5%.
