实行双导师制，加强制药工程学生素质教育

摘要

The implementation of personnel training in quality education, not only to enable students to acquire knowledge, but also to promote the comprehensive development of students’ quality, especially creative spirit and innovation ability. The only way to solve the college’s graduates and the job market are incompatible issues. Specific way is the current education reform, management, focusing on individualized.
