水杨酸荧光酮-罗丹明B荧光共振能量转移光谱信号解析同时测定合金钢中铬锰钼

         

摘要

研究了水杨基荧光酮(SAF)-罗丹明B(RHB)体系的荧光共振能量转移机理,结合偏最小二乘法同时测定钢样中铬(Cr)、锰(Mn)、钼(Mo).实验表明,在十六烷基三甲基溴化铵胶束水溶液中,SAF与RHB能发生有效的荧光共振能量转移,计算了两者间荧光共振能量转移参数.通过偏最小二乘法对Cr(Ⅵ)、Mn(Ⅶ)、Mo(Ⅳ)加入后能量转移体系光谱信号的改变进行解析,实现了该体系对3种元素的同时测定.结果表明,在优化实验条件下,Cr(Ⅵ)、Mn(Ⅶ)、Mo(Ⅳ)的质量浓度分别在0.14~1.3 mg/L、0.10~0.95 mg/L、0.13~1.26 mg/L范围内整个光谱均呈现出线性变化.对模拟样品和实际样品测定,RSD<3%,回收率在94.0%~107%之间.%The fluorescence resonance energy transfer mechanism of salicylic acid fluorone (SAF)-rhodamine B (RHB) system was studied. Combining with the partial least squares method, the chromium (Cr), manganese (Mn) and molybdenum (Mo) in steel were simultaneously determined. The results showed that SAF and RHB could generate effective fluorescence resonance energy transfer in hexadecyl trimethyl ammonium bromide micelle aqueous solution. The fluorescence resonance energy transfer parameter between them was calculated. The change of spectral signals of energy transfer system after adding Cr (Ⅵ) , Mn (Ⅶ) and Mo (Ⅳ) was analyzed by partial least squares method, realizing the simultaneous determination of these three elements. The results indicated that, under the optimal experimental conditions, the whole spectra showed linear change for Cr (Ⅵ), Mn (Ⅶ) and Mo (Ⅳ) in mass concentration ranges of 0. 14-1. 3 mg/L, 0. 10-0. 95 mg/L and 0. 13~1. 26 mg/L, respectively. This method was applied to the determination of simulated samples and actual samples. The relative standard deviations (RSD) were smaller than 3 %, and the recoveries were 94. 0 %-107%.
