为了解决液滴雾化中雾通量小、雾场颗粒粒径分布不均匀等问题,提出了一种飞轮造雾装置;并研究了飞轮造雾系统中风速对液滴粒径的影响,利用LS-2000分体式激光粒度仪对该装置产生的液滴粒径进行了测试.结果表明:在一定范围内,当飞轮转速不变时,液滴粒径随着风速的增加而减小,当达到一定风速后,液滴粒径随着风速的增加而增大.通过对实验测得液滴粒径数据的分析计算,可以得到Rosin-Rammler分布函数中的特征参数β和分布指数n,为飞轮造雾的液滴雾化性能实验研究提供一定的理论依据.%In order to solve the problem of droplets in mist flux,small spray particle size distribution,a flywheel fog de-vice is proposed,and effect of the wind speed in flywheel system on the fog droplet size is studied. With the use of LS-2000 split laser particle size analyzer,the droplet size produced by the device is tested. The results show that under an invariable ro-tate speed of flywheel,the droplet size decreases with the increase of wind speed in a certain range. When the wind speed rea-ches a certain value,the droplet size increases with the increase of wind speed. Based on the experimental analysis of the drop-let size data,the characteristic parameters of beta and distribution index n Rosin-Rammler distribution function are obtained, thus providing a theoretical basis for performance experiment of droplet atomization by the flywheel fog.
