PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a polymer toner is provided to mass produce an equal size toner particle in which a particle-size distribution is narrow with high efficiency by manufacturing a high concentration suspension with discharging an oil phase as a constant flow rate through a capillary tube from water phase which is constantly flowed.;CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a polymer toner comprises the following steps. Water phase (12) which includes distilled water and suspending stabilizer is manufactured. The water phase is flowed by stirring as a constant flow rate. Oil phase (15) which includes more than one polymerizable monomer, a coloring agent, a wax, a polymerization initiator, a charge control agent and cross-linking agent is manufactured. The high concentration suspension in which an equal size droplet (19) is dispersed with large amount is manufactured by discharging the oil phase to the water phase through one or multiple capillary tubes (17) with constant flow rate. The polymer toner particle is formed by heating the suspension in a reactor. The diameter of the manufactured polymer toner particle is 0.5-20 μm.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
