PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a polymerized toner is provided to easily adjust the particle diameter of toner particles, to obtain a simple fabrication process, and to efficiently produce the toner particles having very narrow particle diameter distribution.;CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a polymerized toner comprises the following steps: manufacturing a water phase(22) including distilled water and a dispersing agent; making the water phase flow in a constant flow rate using a mixer or a pump(23); forming a large amount of droplet(30) by discharging oil phase(28) including one or more polymerizable monomers, a coloring agent, wax, an initiator, and a crosslinking agent through a plurality of capillaries(25); and forming toner particles by heating the droplets, which are dispersed on the water phase, in a reactor(29).;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
