马钢罗河铁矿磁选铁精矿降硫试验

     

摘要

马钢罗河矿业公司磁铁精矿铁品位为65%左右,硫含量为0.5%左右,超过0.3%的炼钢行业原料硫质量标准要求.实验室试验论证了造成磁铁精矿硫超标的原因在于弱磁选过程中的机械夹杂,据此开展了降硫方案研究.结果表明:与反浮选相比,磁选降硫不仅效果更加明显,还有利于大幅度提高精矿铁品位和改造工程的实施;实验室筒式磁选机、磁选柱、淘洗机选别效果相当;结合生产实践、设备自动化和大型化因素,推荐使用淘洗机降硫.%The Fe grade of magnetite concentrate of Masteel Luohe Mining Co. ,Ltd. ,is about 65%,with sulfur content of approximately 0. 5%,which surpasses the requirements of sulfur quality standard for raw material in steelmaking industry 0. 3%. The laboratory experiments demonstrate that compared with the reverse floatation,the magnetic separation is not only more evident in sulfur reduction,but also is helpful to improve iron concentrate grade and the implementation of the project. Meanwhile,laboratory drum magnetic separator,column magnetic separator,Wash mill are of the same effect. Combined with the factors of production practice,facility automation and large-scale,the wash mill to reduce sulfur is recommended.
