结块矿石诱导崩解工艺参数的响应面法优化

     

摘要

含硫破碎矿石堆积产生二次结块,利用诱导崩解技术实现结块矿石跌落冲击破碎是一种处理结块矿石的新方法.采用ANSYS-LSDYNA仿真模拟与响应面分析相结合的方法,实现了以结块矿石崩解率为崩解效果评价指标的工艺参数优化.在单因素试验的基础上,根据Box-Benhnken试验设计原理,获得了各因素对崩解率影响的显著程度,绘制了各因素及其交互作用对崩解率影响的响应曲面和等高线;以跌落高度、触地角度、弱结构体抗拉强度为自变量,崩解率为响应值,建立了响应面方程.研究表明:触地角度对崩解率影响最为显著,其次是跌落高度,抗拉强度影响最小;确定了矿山诱导崩解结块矿石工艺参数值围:跌落高度A≥5.8 m、触地角度B=52°~62°,抗拉强度值越小越好.最后,提出了诱导控制措施,为矿山诱导崩解结块矿石提供了技术指导.%The sulfide ore may be secondly caked during the process of accumulation.In order to crush the caking ore,a new method of the induced caving to get natural smash of the caking ore was proposed.The ANSYS-LSDYNA simulation was combined with the response surface methodology (RSM) to realize the idea that the broken rate was taken as the indicator to evaluate the broken results.Based on the single factor experiment,and according to the principle of Box-benhnken tests,significance and effects of the parameters on the broken rate were obtained and the response surfaces and contour lines of effect of each factor and its interaction on the broken rate were presented.With the dropping height,touchdown angle and tensile strength of weak structure as the independent variables,the broken rate as the response value,the response surface equation was established.Analysis results showed that touchdown angle has the most significance to the broken rate,dropping height the second,and tensile strength the last.Reasonable values of the parameters for the induced caving of caking ore were determined:dropping height A ≥5.8 m,touchdown angle B =52° `62°,and the smaller tensile strength the better.In the end,the induced control measures were proposed to guide technical support for the induced caving to break the caking ore.
