The personmality of the students who born after 1990 is distinctive assertive, confident, independent, selfworship, but often disoriented themselves;the atresia, the estrangement, the generation gap are the pains in the process of their growing up; the democracy, equality, career planning is the expression of required by their own discipline. Facing the reality of a new generation of growth that told in their own unique way by the students who born after 1990, the education of students who born after 1990 needs a common look and cooperation of the community, schools and families.
