高等教育管理论文研究方法的统计分析与反思--以1999-2012年人大复印资料《高等教育》上刊登文章为样本

摘要

Taking 330 papers from“Higher Education”in Information Center for Social Sci-ence,RUC ( Renming University of China) published from 1999 to 2012 about the research methods in higher education management thesis as the analysis object,the authors find that ed-ucation management research methods in China are taken seriously gradually,but there are still problems as follows: lack of comprehensive and empirical research; short of consciousness of research methods; and the research standards are not strict.There are three reasons for the a-bove problems: the weak empirical research tradition,the insufficient attention to research methods paid by academic circles of higher education,and the inherent complexity in higher ed-ucation management research itself.Therefore,research methods about higher education man-agement now and future should be gradually integrated,present the coexistence of diverse trends,strengthen academic norms and standards,and construct the healthy academic ecosys-tem.%以人大复印资料《高等教育》统计1999—2012年刊登的关于高等教育管理方面文章330篇作为分析对象，结果发现我国教育管理中的研究方法逐步受到重视，但是仍存在研究方法单一、方法综合较差，思辨气息浓郁、实证研究较少，方法意识不强、研究规范不严等问题。反思其原因主要是深刻的历史文化渊源；高等教育界对研究方法的系统重视不够；高等教育管理研究本身所固有的复杂性。因此，当下及未来的高等教育管理研究方法应该逐步走向融合，呈现多元并存的趋势，应该加强学术规范，构建学术共同体。
