儒家“仁爱”思想对医生职业精神建设的启示

Physician professionalism is the main concern in the field of medical ethics. Confucian ethics has exerted important effect on many aspects, such as the medicine. After studying many papers concerning with this field, I have teased out the essence of building today's physician professionalism, analyzed and summarize the current situation in order to speed up the construction of physician professionalism.%医生职业精神是当代医学伦理学领域关注的重要内容.儒家伦理思想自创立以来,一直影响着人类社会生活的各个方面,通过对儒家伦理理论的探讨,梳理出有益于当今医生职业精神构建的思想精华,并结合医生职业精神的现状进行分析和总结,提出从加强文化建设的角度出发,大力培养医生职业精神,以推进医生职业素养的提升具有较强的实践意义.
