Objective: To investigate the status of occupational exposures of medical staff in operating room and explore the counterme-asures for the occupational protection. Methods: The occupational exposures in operating room was investigated retrospectively from Jan 2006 to Dem 2010. Results: A total of 368 occupational exposures were reported .Among them 180 were nurses(48.9%), 116 were doctors (31.6%) The highest rate was found in the medical workers less than 5 years carreer. Puncture and sharp instrument injuries were most common (82.1%). The most commonly associated practice was suturing (22% ), followed by counting and sorting sharps (18.8%) and handing over sha-rps(14.9%). Conclusions: The medical staff in operating room was injuried easily by sharps .To reduce exposure injuries in the operating room, ftirther efferts are required including education, montoring, perfecting regulations, and competency training for operation personnel.%目的:了解手术室医务人员职业暴露情况,探讨有效的防护对策.方法:对2006年1月-2010年12月武汉市某三甲医院手术室报告的职业暴露进行回顾性分析.结果:5年共报告职业暴露368例,其中护士180例(48.9％),医生116例(31.6％),工龄＜3年人员发生率最高(87.5％),主要为针刺或锐器割伤(82.1％),最常见的关联操作为手术缝合(22％)、清点和分类锐器(18.8％)及传递锐器(14.9％),暴露后局部处理正确率为42.8％,暴露源以感染HBV为主(53.1％).结论:手术室医务人员易发生锐器伤,应加强对医务人员(特别是工龄＜3年)职业暴露防护知识的宣教,规范各种操作规程,建立健全职业暴露管理制度.
