Pandemic (H1N1) influenza 2009 first appeared in Mexico. After the pandemic flu broke out, taking uncertain factors into consideration, the Mexican Government referred to the National Pandemic influenza preparedness planning, released national warning of pandemic influenza, declared public health emergency, carried out extensive international communication and cooperation and took a series of non-pharmaceutical interventions, such as closing schools, canceling public gatherings and suspending business activities according to the National Pandemic influenza preparedness planning. Such measures played important and positive roles in controlling pandemic influenza A (H1N1) and provided good experience for other countries. Based on research of Mexico's response to pandemic influenza A (H1N1), this paper analyzed main prevention and control measures taken at different stages and summarized its experiences and insufficiencies in order to provide valuable reference for China to effectively respond to pandemic influenza in the future.%墨西哥是最早出现甲型H1N1流感疫情的国家,面对疫情的诸多不确定因素,墨西哥政府在出现甲型H1N1流感疫情后依据《国家流感大流行应急准备计划》,发布了全国范围内的流感流行预警,宣布进入卫生紧急状态,同时积极开展广泛的国际交流与合作,采取了关闭学校、取消集会、停止商业活动等一系列非药物干预措施,这对于遏制、消灭甲型H1N1流感大流行发挥了重要的积极作用,也提供了较好的国际经验.本文在对墨西哥甲型H1N1流感防控调研的基础上,对其疫情各阶段采取的主要防控措施进行梳理,并对其经验和不足进行总结,以期为我国今后有效应对流感大流行提供宝贵的可借鉴的经验.
