Japan was one of the Asian countries hit worst by influenza A (H1N1). During the outbreak of the pandemic influenza A (H1N1), Japan set up the joint prevention and control mechanism, with the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare as the core, coordinating participation of other ministries and departments. The pandemic could be classified into five phases: pre-pandemic, overseas, early localized, smoldering, and widespread. Based on research of Japan's response to influenza A (H1N1), the paper analyzed main prevention and control measures of Japan in the S phases of the pandemic and summarized Japan's experiences and insufficiencies in order to provide valuable reference for China to effectively respond to pandemic influenza in the future.%日本是甲型H1N1流感疫情较为严重的亚洲国家之一.面对甲型H1N1流感大流行疫情,日本确立了以日本厚生劳动省为首,其他行政部门和机构共同参与的联合防控机制.并根据疫情特点,分为流感大流行前期、海外发生期、国内局部流行早期、流感大流行潜伏期和大流行扩散期5个阶段.本文在对日本甲型H1N1流感防控调研的基础上,对日本甲型H1N1流感流行期间5个阶段采取的主要防控措施进行梳理,并对其经验和不足进行总结,以期为我国今后有效应对流感大流行提供宝贵的可借鉴的经验.
