新型传染病公众威慑力评价研究

摘要

新型传染病爆发后将产生明显的社会负面影响,威慑公众,使公众产生恐惧心理,并影响其日常的生活、学习、工作.本文对新型传染病的威慑力进行定性与定量评价,从新型传染病自身威慑力与媒体报道附加实现的威慑力出发,提出了其威慑力指标定量评价方法,并以“非典”为例结合医学破解力,阐述新型传染病威慑力与医学破解力的博弈规律.%After the outbreak of new infectious diseases, significant negative social impact will appear, the public turn up to the public fear,and influence the public daily life,study and work. In this paper,an outbreak of deterrence was evaluated with qualitative and quantitative. New infectious diseases from their own deterrent and additional media to achieve deterrence, this paper proposes a quantitative evaluation of its deterrent index method,and take the case of "SARS" for example, combined with medical crack force,describe the game rules of a new type of infectious disease and medical deterrent force.
