南充市某三甲医院护士工作家庭冲突与工作生活质量相关性研究

     

摘要

目的:了解护士工作——家庭冲突与工作生活质量的相关性,为平衡护士工作与家庭冲突,提高工作生活质量提供参考.方法:采用工作-家庭冲突量表、工作生活质量量表对南充市某三甲医院273名执业护士进行问卷调查.结果:护士工作-家庭冲突评分(68.36±4.28),高于理论平均水平;工作生活质量评分(58.96±3.04),低于理论平均水平;护士工作-家庭冲突与工作生活质量呈负相关(P< 0.05):工作-家庭冲突影响护士工作生活质量.结论:护理管理者应重视护士群体的工作-家庭冲突,采取平衡策略降低冲突水平,提高护士工作生活质量,保障护士身心健康.%Objective: Toknow about the relevance between work-family conflicts and the quality of work and life of nurses, so as to pro-vide suggestions to improve quality of work and life for reference. Methods: The work-family conflictscale and quality of working life scale were used to conduct a questionnaire survey among 273 nurse practitioners in Nanchong City. Results: Nurses work-family conflict score (68.36 + 4.28) was higher than the theoretical averager work and life quality score (58.96 + 3.04) was lower than the theoretical average; nurse work-family conflict and quality of life was negatively correlated (P<0.05); work-family conflict affect the quality of work and life of nurses. Conclusion: Nurse managers should pay attention to nurses' work-family conflicts, take a balanced strategy to lower levels of conflict and to improve the quality of work and life, and protect the physical and mental health of nurses.
