医疗不良事件报告系统功能实现的影响因素分析

我国部分医院虽然已经建立了医疗不良事件报告系统,但由于医务人员缺乏上报意识或者报告制度不完善等原因,上报率一直偏低.国外部分发达国家已经建立了全国性医疗不良事件报告系统,他们的经验值得我们借鉴.从报告主体、管理者以及报告系统性质等方面进行分析,找出影响系统功能实现的因素,从而提出相关建议:构建全国性医疗不良事件报告系统、完善医疗不良事件报告的信息系统、建立和完善医疗不良事件报告的激励机制、制定医疗不良事件报告相关政策法规和配套措施.%In China, some hospitals have established medical adverse event reporting system. Due to lack of reporting consciousness for medical staff and imperfection of reporting regime, the reporting rate is low. The Chinese Hospital Association is trying to build a national medical adverse event reporting system actively. Some developed countries have established a national medical adverse event reporting system, their experience is worth us using for reference. Find out the influence factors of medical adverse event reporting system from reporting entity, reporting managers and reporting system property, etc. At last, we give some suggests : Construct a national medical adverse event reporting system, perfect medical adverse event reporting information system, establish and perfect medical adverse event reporting incentive mechanism, formulate policy laws and regulations related medical adverse event reporting.
