江苏省某部队战士职业倦怠现状调查

     

摘要

Objective: To explore the current situation of occupation burnout of military soldiers, and provide relevant countermeasures. Methods: Questionnaires were taken among 250 military soldiers and SPSS analysis was used.Results:There was significant difference between gender, military service time and education background on job burnout.The female sense of job burnout was much higher than male.The longer of service time and the higher of education degree contributed to lower sense of achievement.The job nature and living environment had no obvi-ous impact on the sense of job burnout.Conclusion: Military administrators should take active measures from gender, length of military service and education background to reduce soldier's sense of job burnout in order to stabilize army.%目的:探讨江苏省某部队战士职业倦怠的现状及影响因素,并探索相应的对策建议。方法:对江苏省某部队250名战士进行问卷调查和数据分析。结果:战士职业倦怠在性别、服役时间、学历等方面差异较大。女性战士的职业倦怠感高于男性战士;服役时间越长、学历越高,成就感低落越明显。工作性质、生活环境对战士职业倦怠的影响不明显。结论:部队管理者应从战士性别、军龄、学历等方面,制定有效的措施,降低士兵的职业倦怠感,维护军队稳定。
