我国建设研究型医院存在的问题与对策

摘要

研究型医院是大型综合性医院发展和改革的目标，是适应卫生改革需要的一种发展模式。通过分析我国建设研究型医院在管理、人才、学科发展、科研经费、创新能力、就医环境、疑难重症救治等方面存在的问题，从管理机制、高层次医学人才的培养摇篮、医学科研创新中心、疑难重症的救治基地等方面探讨我国建设研究型医院的策略。%Research oriented hospital is the reform and development goals of a large general hospital , is a development model which matches the development of health reform, the purpose is to promote the overall development of hospital clinical care, teaching and scientific research lev-el.This paper briefly introduces the current situation in the process of the construction research oriented hospital in China and problems of hospital management, personnel, discipline development, scientific research funds, innovation ability, medical environment, critical cases treatment ca-pacity, discusses the strategies of our country constructing research oriented hospital, establishing high-level medical talents training center, es-tablishing innovative medical research center, and establishing base for treating critical cases.
