我国研究型医院建设影响因素解释结构模型构建

摘要

采用解释结构模型方法构建研究型医院建设影响因素的多级递阶结构模型，并识别各影响因素间的作用关系和传导路径，为研究型医院的健康发展提供合理化建议。结果提示，影响研究型医院建设的直接因素是科研创新能力，最深层因素是国家政策和医院领导力，主要通过外部规制和内部动力两条传导路径影响研究型医院的发展。同时，其他基础因素存在彼此制约作用，并集中通过社会支持、管理水平和资源投入三个节点要素共同决定科研创新能力的高低。%This paper built a multi-level hierarchical structure model of influencing factors for research-oriented hospital, adopting the method of Interpretative Structural Modeling, and identified the role relationship between all factors and transmission pathways, and provided some reasonable suggestions for the healthy development of the research-oriented hospital. Results indicate that the direct influencing factor of the research-oriented hospital is scientifically innovation ability, the deepest level factor is the national policy and hospital leadership, they potentially have influence on the development of research-oriented hospital mainly through two pathways: the external pathway of regulation and internal the pathway of motivation. Meanwhile, the other basis factors restrict each other, and they determine the level of scientifically innovation ability by focus on social support, management level and resources into three node elements.
