P BL联合微信平台教学在武汉市某医学院肿瘤临床教学中的实践

     

摘要

以问题为中心的教学模式( PBL)从临床实际问题出发,引导学生通过解决问题的方式加强对所学知识的掌握,可以取得较好的教学效果。然而PBL教学具有时间和空间的局限性,需要大量时间准备资料和师生面对面交流。通过在肿瘤科研究生教学中试行将微信与PBL进行互补,结果发现,不仅激发了学生的学习积极性,有助于学生掌握肿瘤学的诊疗进展,提高学习效率及兴趣,也实现了师生及时交流,提高了PBL教学的效率,有推广应用的价值。%Problem based learning is a student centered learning strategy in which learners confront ill-structured problems similar to real world situations. PBL guides learners to discover the knowledge themselves. PBL is also well known for shaping learners in collaborating team work and allows the development of critical thinking,content knowledge and problem-solving skills. However,PBL requires teachers to experience high quality professional development to learn how to design high quality experiential learning activities that maximize student potential and teachers and students to meet face to face. Wechat platform combined with PBL teaching model could help students master the progress of medical oncology and improve their learning efficiency and interests. Application of the Wechat plus PBL model in oncology teaching should be explored further.
