医疗大数据环境下医学信息学信息技术类课程设置问题解析

         

摘要

In order to clarify the contradiction between the current situation of medical information technology courses and the social needs in the large medical data environment,the research team investigated the theoretical strategy and practical experience of relevant literature research,and combined feedback from the teachers and students,we found that the problems of the current information technology were ‘ flat',‘ crude',‘ old',‘ failure'and ‘ poor'.Based on big data,we focused on cultivating social needs,the innovation ability and the ability of competency force to put forward the corresponding countermeasures.The curriculum system should be consistent with the multi-dimensional design requirements.The curriculum management should be consistent with the forefront of the development of large medical data.The "stereoscopic" teaching materials should be integrated with the knowledge structure of information technology.The diversified teaching methods should be combined with students’ interests.The practice curriculum system should be consistent with the training objective.The feasibility of optimizing the curriculum system was also analyzed.%为了明确医疗大数据环境下医学信息学信息技术类课程的课程体系设置现状与社会需求的矛盾,笔者总结相关文献研究的理论策略与实践经验,并结合授课教师和学生的反馈意见,发现当前信息技术类课程体系设置存在“平”、“粗”、“旧”、“厌”、“差”的问题.结合医疗大数据背景,着眼于社会需求、创新能力、岗位胜任力等能力的培养,提出课程体系与多维立体化设计要求相契合、课程管理与医疗大数据发展前沿相吻合、立体化教材与信息技术知识结构相融合、多元化信息方法与学生兴趣相结合、实践课程体系与培养目标相符合的对策,并分析了课程体系优化设计的可行性.
