海南省导游员现场紧急救护能力与需求现状调查

摘要

目的:了解海南省导游员对现场紧急救护知识、技能的掌握情况与需求,分析导游员现场紧急救护能力欠缺的原因,提出提高导游员现场紧急救护能力的措施.方法:对海南省导游员现场紧急救护知识与技能进行自编问卷调查.结果:海南省导游员现场紧急救护知识不足,缺乏现场紧急救护技能;导游员现场紧急救护的知识与技能主要来源于网络和电影电视,只有56.18％的导游员接受过现场紧急救护方面的教育或培训,96.82％的导游员有对现场紧急救护知识与技能培训的需求.结论:针对海南省导游员现场紧急救护知识与技能不足,亟待开展相关的培训,提高急救护知识与技能.%Objective:To understand the situation and needs of tour guide's knowledge and skills of first aid in Hainan Prov-ince, analyze the reasons for the lack of first aid capability of the tour guides, and put forward the measures to improve their first aid capability.Methods:The current situation of the knowledge and skills of tour guides' first aid capability in Hainan Province was in-vestigated.Results:The first aid knowledge of tour guides in Hainan Province was obviously inadequate, and they were lack of on-site emergency ambulance skills.The knowledge and skill of tour guides were mainly from the network and film and television . There were only 56.18％of the tour guides received first aid capability education or training.96.82％of the tour guides had the de-mand of knowledge and skills of first aid capability.Conclusion:The tour guides' first aid knowledge and skills are deficient in Hainan Province.It's urgent to develop relevant training to improve their first aid knowledge and skills.
