山东省大学生自杀态度及影响因素调查

摘要

目的:了解山东省大学生的自杀态度及影响因素,为自杀干预提供理论依据.方法:采用分层随机整群抽样的方法,选取山东省7所高校共1413名在校大学生进行自杀态度问卷、社会支持评定量表以及基本情况调查问卷测评,并对结果进行统计分析.结果:大学生自杀态度问卷总均分为(2.94±0.71)分,主要影响因素为年级、性别、是否独生子女、与父母关系、生活习惯以及社会支持.结论:大学生总体上对自杀持矛盾或中立态度,不同特征大学生在自杀态度各维度存在差异,社会支持与大学生自杀态度密切相关.%Objective:To explore the suicide attitude and influencing factors of college students in Shandong Province and to provide reference information for suicide intervention.Methods:Adopting the method of stratified stochastic cluster sampling, 1413 students from seven universities of Shandong were surveyed by Suicide Attitude Questionnaire, Social Support Scale and the basic status questionnaire.Results: The analysis results showed that the average score of Suicide Attitude Questionnaire was ( 2.94 ± 0.71).The important influencing factors of college students suicide attitude were grade, gender, singleton, the relationship with their parents, life-styles and social support.Conclusion: Most college students held contradictory or neutral attitude toward sui-cide.There were differences in different dimensions of suicide attitude among undergraduates with different characteristics .Social support was closely related to suicidal attitude of college students.
